I need help with Brake fluid Sign In

i am looking for some expertise when it comes to brake fluid. the brake light is on and it is not the emergency brake. someone told me that it is because i most likely need brake fluid. i have the brake fluid but i cannot find where to put it in. i also asked a man i work with and he could not find it either. anyone who could give me step by step instructions i would really appreciate. I have to go for an echeck this week and i was told that they will not do the echeck if the brake light is on. also if anyone thinks it might not be the brake fluid let me know that too.

thank you and i look forward to hearing from anyone who I am sure knows more than me!!!

Re: I need help with Brake fluid Sign In

your brakes might need to be changed or you could be low on fluid. on the drivers side there should be a fluid resivor on the fire wall. that should be where you put your fluid. Is is automatic or manual? If it is a manual there might be a smaller fluid resivor by the break fluid resivor--they both take brake fluid.(assuming it a hydraulic and not cable clutch)
