2001 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE RUNING ROUGH.PLUGS BLACK FOULED REPLACED W/AUTOLIGHTS NO HELP.

That really doesn't add up at all. If the car is running that rich, it should be setting a code unless the O/2s are so clogged that they can't read at all. It needs to be diagnosed with a scan tool to find out if the O/2s are working.

I didn't realize you were a tech. You should be able to figure out what's going on by analyzing the sensor data. If you have good 0/2s and a rich mixture, the computer has to pick that up if it's working properly. Maybe you should try to induce a code.
