1994 Honda Accord EX Car was running fine then sudden power loss, hesitation & stalls unless I give it more pedal. Also a heavy fuel leak coming out of the evap canister vent tube. As soon as the symptoms came they went. Then back intermittently. Fuel leaks when car is running or not. Last night about 6-7gal. ended on my driveway. A few weeks ago I replaced some fuel line near the gas tank. Did I cross or switch two lines? Please consider a response. Thanks, Mike -Madison, WI.

"Replaced some lines that may have been crossed up" That's what I would expect is the up front problem then WHY they needed replacing to begin with? 6-7 gallons lost is wildly excessive! A little makes a big mess but still none is the objective. Check your prior work with the lines. Perhaps leave gas cap loose when not in use till this is fixed and leave it OUTDOORS in a safe place, T
