Why don't you pull the dip stick tube off and see if it's inside of it? If not, maybe it will be sitting right at the base where the tube connects to the engine.

He's telling you to remove the whole tube and check inside when it's out of the car. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

The oil dipstick push it in. In case I leave it in will it get burn and stuck on something? Will it get on the oil filter or the oil pump?

You don't want to leave that in there, especially if it's plastic.
