Sbc 406 won’t crank

I’m having trouble with my engine, the alternator went out so I swapped alternators and now the car won’t start I cannot figure out what the problem is I am between thinking it’s a bad flywheel,starter, alternator, wiring these are the only things I can think of I have a video of me trying to crank it over also if it helps it’s a sbc 406 13:1 compression

Yes, that definitely sounds like a starter/flywheel type problem. I don't see the connection with the alternator though.
You should remove the flywheel inspection cover if you have one. If not remove the starter to inspect the flywheel.
PS, what the hell is an sbc?

Sbc is small block Chevy, and it cranked fine before I swapped alternators that’s why I’m confused and I definitely will try to take a look at those but was hoping they were still fine since the car would still start if it had enough battery power to it when the old alternator was wired up

Well, I don't see the connection.
You still need to find out why the starter is not connecting.

Yeah, sorry it’s late but I’ve wired the alternator using two wires the exciter and the negitive
