When I start it, the engine runs at 2000-3000 RPM, witch is normal at winter's temperature. Then it slows down a bit, witch is still normal. Then, after a few minutes, the engine's speed slightly raises, then go down to normal... It does that a few times when the car is idle. Is it related to a bigger problem? how can I fix this? ECU does this to compensate for the load put onto the engine. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
