2003 dodge sx 2.0 (neon) 153000 km

I've been having a high idle on my car for more than a year, once the motor gets hot. The problem comes and goes. It started last winter. The car was idling at 1500. It lasted 2 weeks then stopped by itself. The car was going perfectly all summer. This winter, the high idle came back. The rpm has been increasing slowly. It used to idle at 1700 at the beginning of winter. Now it idles at 2100. I went to have it repaired, they changed the IAC motor. It cost me around 370$. The car was fine for a day, then the idle came back for a day, and then it stopped for a week. Now, the car idles at 2100 but it seems to happen only when the fuel tank is filled at around 1/4 or below. When there's more fuel, the idle problem is not there, at least for now. Thank goodness.

What could be causing this?

Just curious, but has your repair shop smoked for vacuum leaks? Are there any trouble codes being stored?
