I have a 1995 buick lesabre custom, v6 fuel injected. Here's the ?, awhile back it started sputturing going up big hills, or giving it gas pulling away from a traffic light. Then would stall randomly, seems like it would only stall when i wasn't on the gas. It has a fairly rough idle, here's what i've replaced so far... Fuel Filter fuel pump spark plugs wires checked ignition module, works fine checked to make sure all were firing correct gaps in plugs ran fuel injector clearner through it recent oil change check engine light isnt on no funny noises i dont have access to a scanner, and i'm stumped. :( Any help is very much appreciated, thanks for your time.

Check your cat. converter, sounds like it's plugged. Make sure you also check the muffler, somtimes the baffles will collapse inside and your car cant exhaust like it should, also, if that's a db1 system, you dont need a scanner to check for trouble codes, you can access the adl link with a "computer key" or a paper clip but if theres no codes or the light isnt on, then theres no need. I'm having this exact same problem. The problem did semm to come back when my exhaust leak got a bit worse.....just trying to pinpoint exactly what I should do, and if I should take it somewhere or do it myself.
