Hi there everyone, this is my friends 97 Camry four cylinder, the car cranks but won't start. we did check the spark it's fine, when we check the fuel by turning the key on off, there was no buzzing sound of the fuel pump, after that we sprayed some starting fluid into the throttle body still don't. what else should we check I know we have to check the fuel pressure, but I think the car should start when we sprayed some starting fluid, and then die we need your help thank. you.

All "crank, no start" conditions are approached in the same way. Every engine requires certain functions to be able to run. Some of these functions rely on specific components to work and some components are part of more than one function so it is important to see the whole picture to be able to conclude anything about what may have failed. Also, these functions can ONLY be tested during the failure. Any other time and they will simply test good because the problem isn't present at the moment.
If you approach this in any other way, you are merely guessing and that only serves to replace unnecessary parts and wastes money.
Every engine requires spark, fuel and compression to run. That's what we have to look for.
These are the basics that need to be tested and will give us the info required to isolate a cause.
1) Test for spark at the plug end of the wire using a spark tester. If none found, check for power supply on the + terminal of the coil with the key on.
2) Test for injector pulse using a small bulb called a noid light. If none found, check for power supply at one side of the injector with the key on.
3) Use a fuel pressure gauge to test for correct fuel pressure, also noticing if the pressure holds when key is shut off.
4) If all of these things check good, then you would need to do a complete compression test.
Once you have determined which of these functions has dropped out,
you will know which system is having the problem.

You are saying NO reaction using starting fluid down throttle body with spark known or at least some, right? Not so good and hope you know when last timing belt job was done, not if it was done. TMK this is an interference engine and valve damage will occur if belt is all wrong. Hearing fuel or not isn't involved yet using starting fluid deletes need for the cars fuel system totally and may be yet another reason for that for later.
Check for compression or better not cranking it at all and see if engine turns too easily or odd by crank bolt. Valve timing could be just off or belt not intact at all?
(couple edits since HT posted I didn't see and first line of that "all crank, no start" is the way to follow but you said you had spark. Now where? at a plug or how known? I ask as starting fluid would flash with any spark in or out of an engine at all and getting nothing isn't adding up. I don't mean engine should run but should react - a bang, backfire - something. Careful with that stuff and check but cranking engine with valve timing way off can only be making it worse if that. Probably too late if that - can't know)

Hi there how are you? after a little up and down we found that the timing belt has some broken teeth, i think this can prevent the computer from firing because the timing reference might be lost, so we are working on replacing it. please help with the timing marks in a picture if you can thank you.

It will also knock out all your compression.

Luckily the 5sfe isn't interference. Don't forget to replace the water pump. It would also be a good idea to change the crank and cam seals along with the oil pump cover gasket. If you don't do it now, you will be doing it later.
Remove oil pump sprocket and cover. Replace the oring and the oil pump shaft seal. Those are very common oil leak areas on those.
