engine stutters, no power

A friend of mine decided to help me power wash my engine compartment of my 1994 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder due to a oil leak. It was running fine before. At first, the engine did not start when the starter turned. Several hours later, the engine starts, idles rough and has no power. I am thinking maybe there is condensation in the distributor cap or wires causing a short or miss. Please advise. I am letting the engine dry overnight.

Pull the cap & plugs wires and clean all the water out with WD-40 & then electrical cleaners. If it stil runs bad start taking harness connecters apart & doing the same...
