There is no such thing as "Mechanic in a Can" so forget the additives. Nox is caused by excessive combustion temperatures. You want to look for things like over advanced timing, engine overheating or inoperative EGR system. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
