1999 mazda protege 4cl had engine replaced late last spring were still having some cold mornings ( live in SC ) would be hard to start or wouldn't start...just wouldn't completely turn over ..if it did start once running down road runs fine, didn't bother with it as summer came on & had no problems..now weather getting cool again & problem returning.. last year if it was really cold out & wouldn't start could come back later in mid morning as weather warms & would start.. seems like a gas thing as it does everything but completely turn over ...again though as car gets running and going down the road runs fine with no problems.. have changed plugs a couple of different sensors fuel pump & filter still no luck HELP

It would be helpful if you had a scan tool that read data so you could look at the temp sensor values, both coolant and intake air. Check carefully for any vacuum leaks or air leaks in the intake snorkel. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
