oil leak on 1999 avalon

The oil pressure sending unit starting leaking, it was hard to find because it would only leak when the car was turned off after driving, i repalced the sending unit and the new one leaks also, any ideas what is going on here.

It's possible but unlikely for the same problem with a new part. This is too important to ignore so go at it and clean the whole area so you can really see where this leak is coming from. This could be a bad new part, T

I did check it out, wiped it all down, i could see it maybe leaking when the car was running, but it doesnt leak at all when it's running, but it starts leaking as soon as i shut it off, i will try and chage the part out again, if you have anyother ideas please let me know....Thanks Gary
