Engine warmed up, oil in coolant I take it. That's pretty damning for a head or head gasket breach OR if radiator is used as a cooler for an automatic transmission could be mixing in an end tank of radiator. Either way not good and hurry to fix this - check all possible fluids for level as well.

Diesel is oily and could be the oil but much, much thinner than engine oil,

I took the cylinder head off and the gasket might be a little riped but just a little, all looks well both engine and cylinder head

Not to make a joke of this but "a little ripped" is up there with " a little pregnant!" Send head out to machine shop for inspection for flaws you probably can't be sure of yourself,
