rattling valves

last time i logged on i asked if anyone knew why my valaes rattle when i give my mitsubishi gas,i changed the head gasket still runs good shifts well had good power, and then the more i drove it the valves started getting louder ,the clearance is ok could it be because i didnt change the headbolts does anyone know ???
