2008 Dodge charger will not start had battery checked and tested fuses but it is like the ignition is out when you turn key you get nothing no dash lights nothing

Do you mean nothing as like there's no battery in it at all?

If so, just for now use test light on just the posts and again at the clamps then if ok on to other ends of cables for at least continuity,

The lights come on and horn works had battery tested it is at full charge tested fuses under hood but when you turn key there is nothing like no dash lights or aux

? Turn the key to where? Just run or for starter when things quit? If this can run horn and headlights there should be some reaction requesting starter which is such a load other things could quit if amps didn't make it there but some reaction or noise,
