The problem is that after I replaced it I hear a squeak or chirp (exactly the sound that bird call makes, the kind you twist) above roughly 50mph. I didn't mess with anything else on the car. I went back and tightened the O2 sensor as much as I felt comfortable with but the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated - Thanks in advance! Cold engine, just tap on the pipe with a rubber hammer if nothing obvious is staring at you and create that noise and see what is wrong. You may need to replace that whole pipe, some a bit expensive.
