02 bravada binding

I have an 02 bravada that feels like the wheels are binding. Transfer encoder sensor replaced, tranny fluid replaced and flushed and front and rear differential flushed and refilled. There is a service bulletin on this problem but noone can seem to fix it. Any help? There is a lot of resistance in the wheels especially while turning.

This is a normal binding of that style of 4WD when on a non slipery surface. A servo to the transfer case is probably not allowing it to return to just 2WD - HI. It's not differentiated for dry road conditions like some full time AWDs do. Still a good system but must disengage or this happens. Not good for the driveline or your tires so get that straightened out soon, T
