'06 Elantra coolant leak near engine. Thoughts?

I am wondering if this can be repaired and if so... what part it is called that I need? On the road, I lost my Air Conditioner and then shortly after looked at my temp gauge and was running super hot so I pulled over. Long story short.. I found the leak and not sure what kind of part I would need. Please take a look at the video .. Thanks for any help. It's just a coolant pipe. You will have to describe it's location to the dealer and they will be able to identify it. It is very obvious that not only has this been leaking for a good amount of time but you have been filling it with water instead of coolant. Both big mistakes. Even if your engine survives this severe overheating, which is doubtful, your cooling system has been severely damaged from the water. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Ok, thanks for your help. Water has been in for 3 days .. should I put antifreeze in it and clear out all the water.. or fill it till I see antifreeze where the water was coming out?
