replaced head gasket, while waiting on head, replaced stock radio (dont know if this could have anything to do with it) got it all back together, good compression, spark, no fuel. no voltage to pump, checked fuse, ecu relay, and main relay. tried 3 different obdii scanners, cant connect, no check engine light either. replaced ecu with junk yard unit, no change. Any suggestion?

Do you have a volt meter and/or 12 volt test light and know how to use them? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

You stated you had no power to the fuel pump. Where did you take measurements in the fuel pump circuit to determine that? Do you know if the fuel pump relay is being energized? Just trying to find a starting point to begin diagnosing this. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
