1990 oldsmobile cutlass ciera 3.3

1990 Oldsmobile cutlass ciera with a v6 3.3 was stalling after five seconds of running. first i put a fuel regulator on because the vacuum line smelled like straight fuel. still did it then i replaced the mass air flow sensor because it was throwing a code 34 for it i checked the wire good power and ground. so with new mas sensor it will run but ruff an still stall sometimes when cold so i tested resistance on fuel injectors 3 tested bad so i replaced those an still no luck. then i replaced the idle air control valve an tested the wires. then with a new iac it still runs ruff an stalls sometimes. and it also has good fuel pressure as well so i am stumped and ideas?

Have you taken a compression test to determine if the engine is mechanically sound?

1990 and all that close! Doubt that. IMO that's not enough compression to fire normally if at all. If really done check that gauge with something known or you can also use a vacuum gauge in line while knowing your altitude to actual manifold vacuum while running and at raised RPM like 2,000 or so. Should be the same as idle if smooth enough at idle or exhaust restriction likely. If uniformly low valve timing suspect.
It's a 1990 so age alone means lots of things are possible but off to a bad start if compression is true at that,

install fuel pressure gauge, record reading KOEO - start engine observe pressure - what is PSI as it shuts down in that @5sec? Post numbers.
post ALL the codes you have at present time.

100 psi is horrible and would be the bare minimum spec. All the plugs were removed, the battery was fully charged, and the throttle was wide open during your testing?
If you put some oil in the cylinder, what happens to the compression pressure? No wonder the MAF is outputting a low grams/sec signal.

Has a 34 and a 44 the 34 is for maf an 44 I think is a lean code haven't get a chance to get back an check compression with oil will do here in a few hours

Forget codes till engine is proven better than that as it's just throwing info randomly with bad info if correct or close to that low. Oil if rings/pistons worn would spike higher compression and if just a tad higher I say valve timing in question - at the timing chain.
Engine must crank at a normal RPM with throttle held wide open as said.
Just don't go too nuts with oil - the rule is you use a squirt so don't put too much in. You count 4th pulse as the final results while cranking. It's said to do all this with warm engine which is very hard to have ALL plugs out in time to do that,
