Can anyone help with a surburban a loss of power. Whether it is from a dead stop or excelerating from 50-60 MPH, it just doesn't want to go. It will get there very slow and very rough, a lot of vibration. When I come to a stop it seems like it wants to die. Any thoughts? Thanks, Dan

I would start with all the basics; plugs, wires, cap, rotor and all the filters. If all of this has been done and the problem is still there; have the fuel pressure and volume tested. Then there’s things like restricted exhaust (catalytic converter) or dirty injectors but again start with all of the basics; during the course of the tune-up have the timing checked and adjusted if need be. It’s one of the few adjustments that we were still allowed to perform back then. Dan. Canadian "EH"
