1994 Cadillac seville Overheating Sign In

Well i just bought a 94 cadillac sts , it has a blown head gasket an overheats real bad . I just need the car for a few months, it leaks anti freeze like crazy causing it overheat an 4 cyls to stop working an the car basically just will shut down . The water pump isnt leaking , an i was told buy a mechanic that it was a small line that could be cracked so what should i do to fix it up ?

um, i dont mean to be rude or blunt.

but there is no bandaid fix for this. your going to have to tear down the top of the motor and replace the headgasket.

i would not even start the engine if you know coolant is leaking into and filling the cylinders. youll hydro lock the engine and bend connecting rods or worse

Make sure you check the coolant and make sure its full!

well thats the problem , im leaking coolant , i put a 4 gallon jug of it in yesterday an than saw that it was leaking , i just have to find the leak now
