I have a 1994 Toyota Celica GT. Recently I was in an accident, a driver ran a red light and hit my bumper causing me to go over a curb and hit a pole. The front right tire took most of the impact from the curb which damaged the tire and at the time I didn't know so I tried driving home and stopped when I realized the tire was flat. When trying to put the spare on the flat tire somehow was stuck so I had my brother hammer it to get it off and put the spare on. While driving home the steering wheel had to be turned all the way to the side to keep going straight and I heard a rubbing noise coming from the tire area and it only stopped when the vehicle wasn't in motion. Is this related to the alignment or is something else wrong?

You have bent something in the crash and need your front end inspected to determine the extent of the damage. I wouldn't drive it until you know what the verdict is as this could be ready to let go without much warning.
