1995 Camry no start

Hi,new to the site and I'm at my wits end.1995 Camry 2.2 5sfe engine.Bought the car not running needing a head gasket,replaced the head gasket,new timing belt,water pump,tensioner and idler pulley.New cap,rotor,plugs,wires,coolant temp sensor,dist,tried different ecu and still no start.Getting spark at 10 degrees btdc while cranking over,60 lbs fuel pressure at the return line,noid light shows injector is working,wont even spit with starting fluid!On this engine you cant put dist 180 degrees off,it only goes in one way.Timing marks line up,I really want to get this car running,but I'm lost out of ideas,any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks;Mark

?? Not running because of a head gasket - not even a spit to try to run when you got this?
Seems you have fuel and spark enough to react or do something so I would test compression. Just maybe all wrong and why if so to be found out.
IDK why no reaction with what you claim you've observed. Was head sent out to check it at least? Was there any evidence of timing belt being off when you took it apart like could it have jumped and bent some or many valves?

With HT on checking pressure but was caught up that it didn't react at all to priming. If spark and compression were even close it should have done something, fuel from car or not.
I might even wonder if exhaust is clogged up tight? In that it wasn't running when you got it and isn't now it will need knowing more is at least close enough to do something. Very low compression isn't going to fire,

60 PSI in the return line? Is that even possible? Sure he meant supply line.

It probably would be if he dead headed it.

That would be a dumb thing to do...dead head the pump by pinching off the return. That would more than likely blow the fuel pressure regulator diaphragm.

Head checked out by a local shop,no bent valves,tee'd off the return line because of better access.Non interference engine,no. 2 cylinder was hydrolocked.110 lbs within 5 for all 4 cylinders compression dry,have not done a wet test yet. Mark

There is no way in hell that you measured 60PSO in that way. You can't measure fuel pressure on the return line at all.

That's still higher than it should be but your gauge may be off.
You're back to basics
1) Test for spark at the plug end of the wire using a spark tester. If none found, check for power supply on the + terminal of the coil with the key on.
2) Test for injector pulse using a small bulb called a noid light. If none found, check for power supply at one side of the injector with the key on.
3) If all of these things check good, then you would need to do a complete compression test.
