There is NO fluid leaking. The plastic container is full. The belt is new, and not loose. There is no fluid around the power steering pump There are no whining noises either. Can a power steering pump be bad without leaking fluid. All the front end parts seem good, and I recently had front end alignment. Can it just be clogged hoses. There is nothing that could restrict it beyond a total catastrophic failure of the pump and at that point the pump would be the issue, not the hose. The pump or the related valving would be the highest suspects on the list.
