Well, I was going down I95 and suddenly felt like I was losing horse power and the steering wheel was locking up...until I came to a full stop, right in the middle lane!. Cars were swerving around me...horns blowing and all. I knew I didn't have the funds to get it fixed...so I got it towed home. Since then I changed the battery myself because it wouldn't start up anymore!. So now it starts up...and sounds okay. Now I don't know what to do about the steering wheel which is still locked up. I've added power steering fluid...and tried cutting it on and off numerous times. I can move it forward and backward, but thats it!. Somebody please help!!!

Did you look to see if the belt is still on it?
