The driveshaft may have damaged the Vehicle Speed sensor which is mounted in the tailshaft of the transmission. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

1998 speedo issue.... HELLO did you SCAN for codes? STEP 1 scan - STEP 2 post results I would be concerned " throw money - real shop " comment.... a professional technician would not be at a loss for next step... NEVER would have returned without at least the details of the scan being discussed...
