i was changing the transmission fluid on this car , there is no dip stick , so i measured the amount i took out 1 1/2 us gallons now iwanted to find out if it had the right amount in it , there is a plug in the trans axel that i cant get out if some one wanted to make tthings hard , this is one thing thatGM got right. i tried vice grips all the wrenches i had without sucess what am i missing here my next mov is to cut a grove in the plug so i can use some sort of a screwdriver

i have being reading the manual i was looking in the wrong spot for the overflow plug it should take 7 quarts for the filter and pan and there are 13 quarts from empty when a person does this once or twice in a life time of the car , this is the reason i turn to dyi for advice answering my own post?????
