2001 chrysler town & country having issues

i took my 2001 chrysler town and country to the mechanic to get the check engine light turned off...well when i picked it up and left the front wipers started going..then the back...then the headlights started flashing on and off..then one turn signal started blinking, and this is all WITHOUT these things being turned on...what could be causing this and how can it be fixed? Thank You

sounds like a possible problem with a module, you will have to go through wiring digrams and see what module is related to all those circuits.. or could be somthing with multi-function switch too hard to say.
