I think something is slowly draining y battery. Getting a new battery didn't help it had the same problem after about a week or so. My car battery will get low enough that it won't start after about 10-12 hours. It always starts after I have just driven it, so I don't think that it is an alternator problem. Also, my speakers seem to always have power going to them. I can turn off my car, lock it, and come back in 4 hours and the speakers still have power. They make a ssssssssssss sound like if you turn speakers up really loud without any output to them. I don't know what to do or what the problem might be.

Your problem isn't the alternator. It's the speakers drawing power all the time and at this point it may have ruined the battery to. You need to get the wiring straightened out or at least disconnect the battery when parked until you do.
