2002 Infiniti I35 Gauge Cluster Gone Crazy Sign In

I have a 2002 Infiniti I35 and when I started the car this morning, it was perfectly fine. As I was about to go home, I turn on the key and notice the following issues with my cluster...

- Temperature gauge does a full clockwise rotation and then stops at the bottom about an inch from the 'C' marking but goes nowhere after that.
- Speedometer gives about 50-60 kph off reading (checked using waze).
- RPM needle constantly shaking between 0 and 500 on idle.
- Odometer reading is all messed up, almost as if it's trying to form letters.
- Fuel level reads as almost full even though I know for a fact my car isn't near that full.

I tried resetting the battery, taking out the entire cluster and cleaning the connections and that did not work :/

Other than the gauge cluster, the car drives normally as it always does and all other electronics function normally.

I should also mention that cruise control stopped working and the vehicle throws the code P1574 which is the VSS but I don't know if that will cause my cluster to be the way it is? Video below, thanks in advance!

Do you have something like a scope or graphing multimeter that can measure alternator ripple?

Is the odometer's display normal with the key on engine off?
