I use solar walkway LED things indoors. Says bulbs last insane hour. NO THEY DON'T. Many blew. Just did all possible lights for interior lighting that don't freak out any computer or my want super bright back up lights. On household AA or AAA batts the things use up different amounts in same location as they get older. New rechargeable play is it battery or bulb why one lasts longer so I'm sure they can fail and use way too much. If you can touch them when lit or make it light it should not be warm much at all.
