I have a 2002 Pontiac Montana Minivan, it has been overheating and has no interior heat. When turning on the heat, all I get is cold air. I've replaced the thermostat and flushed out the radiator and replaced with new antifreeze. The hoses seem to be ok....what now? Still no interior heat.

Did you pressure test the coolant system to see if there are any leaks? Do both radiator fans run? Those can be a pain to get air out of. There are a couple of bleeder screws. One is on the thermostat housing and the other on the bypass pipe going into the water pump housing. With the coolant full in the radiator, engine running, warmed up, open the bleeder on the T stat and see if you get air out. Be careful and don't over tighten the bleed screws. They snap off real easily. Feel the heater hoses and see if they are getting hot as the engine heats up. If you keep getting air out, remove the radiator cap and watch for a steady stream of bubbles in the coolant. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
