Please help, car wouldn't start today. When i turn the key everything sounds the same but won't start. Two days ago it started kind of hard, thought it was because I was almost out of gas, filled up tank and everything was fine until today. Any ideas appreciated.. \

if the vehicle was started and ran extremely low on gas there is a chance ( a small chance) that it sucked up the trash that rests on the bottom of the fuel tank and clogged the fuel filter, and the engine isnt getting fuel. a new fuel filter runs about $20 and is easily replaced in about 15 minutes, so its worth the time and money. try this: remove your air filter and spray a quick shot of starting fluid (ether) into the intake, then imediately try to start the car. if it fires for a split second off the starting fluid, then you know its not getting any fuel. if it doesnt, then you're problem may be more complicated, and unfortunately, more costly
