I thought the culprit was the battery but after getting the battery replaced, the car will occasionally not want to start still. I thought it could be the alternator or starter so I took it to Autozone for a quick test and they said it took a while to get the reading but everything was good. The battery cables have a bit of corrosion I’ve noticed. The way I get the car to start isn’t even with a jump, I put it in neutral and move it a bit then go back to park and try to turn it on. This will work either instantly or after a few tries, sometimes I can just leave the car idle and come back to it and it’ll turn on without having to use that method. Any suggestions on what to do?

Basics: GM side posts, cables and batteries: GM sideposts stunk from the first ones the bolt pushes on an eyelet that corrodes. The bolt is the only thing that touches the battery. Charge batteries like that to that bolt if older see how it does if new charge it first it's not CHARGED new! Just partly so. Cables must be cleaned don't let that yuk get on you or declare they must go for new. Grease all ends with "dielectric" grease, charge battery now with known cables good and power of battery up to par. Now you can test things if it doesn't work. If you don't begin there you are just wasting time and money. Have at least a decent and fast voltmeter, test light and better a DVOM. About just clicking: Single clicks then nothing maybe lose clock and memory is a very weak connection to find check all. Rapid fire clicking is solenoid if not enough power/amps is supposed to do that so it doesn't kill itself as low power makes starter way too hot so does extended cranking is not the issue for this. This stuff is primal to have all proper first or testing will just screw you up, T
