I just purchased a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab pick-up and did not notice until I got it home that the doors on the driver side are not flush with the body. It is most noticeable if I look at the truck from behind where the back doors meet up with the top of the cab. But, when I run my hand along the side of the truck where the doors and cab meet, the doors do stick out a small amount. Should I be worried that something happened that was not mentioned to me or reported? The title was clear through Carfax, but right now I have an uneasy feeling. Would anybody be able to offer up any ideas as to what caused this? Would this be a result of a bent frame? Any help would be appreciated. If I am at the wrong forum, let me know and I will go to the right one. Thanks. Brian

Brian; I agree with your concern. I've never used Carfax, but have heard it's pretty reliable. But, if it was damaged and not turned into insurance, I don't know how Carfax would know. You may want to run the truck by a body shop and see what they have to say. Maybe, a simple adjustment. Don't know about your state laws, but here we have three business days to change our minds. Unless, you bought it from a private party. If you haven't already done so, you may want to call the dealer about your concern. Loren SW Washington
