2005 Ford F150 No Start
Hello: I have a 2005 Ford F150 that will not start. I turn the key and it does not even crank. All the lights, radio and stuff works. The truck will not even jump start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Does this have an aftermarket alarm system installed? Is the factory theft indicator flashing on top of the dash when you attempt to crank the engine? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

There is nothing aftermarket installed. Yes, the factory theft indicator is flashing on top of the dash when trying to start it. I have tried using 2 different keys, have tried to jump it with a jump pack and nothing. It doesn't make a sound. The radio plays, the headlights work.

I'd like to know how a bad starter makes the security light flash. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
