2006 Jeep Liberty won't start/ crank. First time I tried starting it since issue, it would start no problem then cut off after 2-3 seconds (this happened 3 times). Now it will not start or crank at all. There are no noises made either. 2006 Jeep Liberty 3.7L v6 68,000 miles

Start by making sure the battery is fully charged and tests good. Also make sure your battery connections are clean and tight. Let us know what you find. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Are there any security indicators on or flashing when you try to start it? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

It's possible that the security system is locking you out. If you have another key I would try that first but you're probably going to need a high end scan tool to look into the security system.
