2006 Saturn Relay. Vaccum solenoid code

I have a 2006 Saturn Relay with a 3.5 L and 154000 km. I can't find the
Emissions charcoal filter and solenoid.valve. I keep getting a code that the vacuum solenoid is leaking and I can't find it. Can anyone help?

That code is a vent valve circuit code. That means the PCM is commanding the vent valve on, but isn't seeing the right voltage change on the ground side of the circuit.
The code is an electrical code so it has to be diagnosed as such. That means checking for 12 volt to the solenoid and then voltage dropping the ground side of the circuit while commanding the EVAP vent solenoid on with a scan tool. This would check the entire circuit and let you know what part of the circuit has the problem.
Always start out by doing a visual inspection of the harness and connector at the solenoid itself. Check for bent or corrosion on the pins. Inspect the solenoid itself for water intrusion. You can also bench test the solenoid using an external power supply to see if the valve and solenoid are functioning properly.
The canister vent valve is located on top of the fuel tank.

According to service information, yes you do need to drop the tank.

It's number 2 in the picture
short wheel base
If it has long wheel base, it's number 3 in this picture

That would depend on the DIYer.
Some of those are a total pita........
I can't say for doing on your back but a lot of times, with a lift you only have to drop the tank part way and then just contort your arms & hands a little bit & you can change those solenoids & valves......
It's a learning curve that goes with the terrritory.....

Dropping a fuel tank on the ground can be a nightmare for even an experienced tech. Many of the hoses, lines and wires can only be disconnected after partially lowering the tank because they are on top. Not an easy task laying on the ground and could end real messy.

Thank you Sidom. I'll wait till my tank is almost empty and try and drop it enough to reach the solenoid. Then I have to find the problem with traction/stability control.
