Hi! I am currently trying to fix up this 2008 Rav4. The dash lights are all stuck to on, and all the dash dials are stuck to 0 except for the gas. The car drives perfectly fine though. I have had a mechanic take a look at to try and get diagnostic data, but the computer failed to get signal. I have tried a new fusebox and 2 separate ECMs, but I get the same issue each time. Any ideas where the issue may be?

Sounds more like a problem with the dash cluster itself.
