2009 Subaru Outback, intermittent rumble and little power

My Subaru drives okay most of the time. Occasionally it stops accelerating when my foot is on the gas, while the RPM is going up. When this happens and I come to a stop too quickly, the car starts shaking and rumbling. It smells hot at this time. This continues for the rest of the trip.
I've brought it to a Subaru dealership, a transmission shop, and an engine garage, and none of them could find the problem because the car was running properly each time. HALP!

There should be some sort of record of this stored in one of the modules. You should have all modules scanned using a professional scan tool to see if there is any code history.
Check the coolant level and make sure it's not overheating also.

The shops that I brought the car to did diagnostic scans and didn't seem solve it. "Lots of low voltage codes stored" is what my receipt says.
Valve timing oil pressure switch was replaced.
It helps if I start my car and let it run for a few minutes before driving.
It does make noise on a cold start up, which one of the mechanics said indicated something unrelated (piston knock on startup).
It seems that I bought the vehicle from a sketchy car flipper (who lied about why he had a car for sale). If there were serious problems with the car, he probably masked them with temporary fixes.

What were the code #s?
Jojo: This could be a dumb as a worn belt that runs alternator? Nobody on a long list has helped find anything stinks of course.
You could see belt yourself, engine cold. See if you can spin anything with it in place. You shouldn't be able to by hand or little effort.
Belts can and do stretch beyond any adjustment is seriously overlooked and a guess by symptoms you posted.
Low voltage whole car's operating systems wouldn't have proper power but a wild guess possible it hasn't just broken yet?
Miles? How many on this?
Can you personally check a belt yourself or need help with just that.
I chose that wild guess because it could elude all these places just glance it works for them and send you off with no clue just isn't good and a lot of bad luck so far need a real tech or if no exact volt reading gauge just a light that could explain this to me,

Yes, we need the code numbers because I'm thinking these are sensor codes that the computer is not seeing return voltage. That wouldn't be a battery issue.
