I made your pictures live so we can see them here.
With a list that long the first thing you should do is clear all codes, drive the car and see which ones reset.
When you see multiple sensor codes like that it can sometimes mean one of the sensors is shorting out the 5v reference feed which would mess up most all of the sensors.
First eliminate the possibility of someone unplugging these sensors and triggering those codes by clearing and starting over.

Thanks for your response. In this type of vehicle, do you know if the MAP and Throttle body share the same harness / ground?

The ground for both is supplied through the PCM

If your engine won't run, you really wanna start with the basics before you jump to the scan tool. Right above your post in this section is a Article on no starts you can follow To help you figure out what your missing.
When an engine doesn't start, it's missing 1 of 3 things,,, spark, air/fuel, compression All at the right time. Sometimes the problem is computer control related other times is not. If it's not computer control related then scan tool is going to do you no good And just muddy the waters.
