2010 malibu trouble starting Sign In

2010 Chevy Malibu 65k miles 2.4 liter engine
The check engine light is on and had it checked at autozone and of course they tell me it's the O2 sensor, like they always do. I had them turn off the light and it stayed off until I reached 55mph. Car has trouble starting if it hasn't been started in 3+ hours. The car will not start unless I give it gas and once started the rpms are shaky. It almost feels like the car is going to die. After a minute or two the cars rpms stabilize. The exhaust has a strong chemically smell and sometimes it has a lite rotten egg smell, but only when I pull into my garage after driving does it have the rotten egg smell. The car shakes at 55+mph. I was told to reach 55+mph and then put the car in neutral to see if it still shakes and it does. There is also a "clicking/flapping noise", but only when the wheels are moving. Could this be the catalytic converter? If so is this covered under the powertrain warranty? Thanks so much!

I don't know the exact code, but the guy said something about it spitting out rich codes. I didn't think to write them down because they always tell me it's the O2 sensor when I've had the check my other vehicles and that not be the problem, like I needed a new gas cap. I will run up there and have it checked again and write the codes down.
