my Forward/Reverse motor is blown, and it is stuck all the way back. which is covering the seat bolts. is the a way to manually move the seat forward, or any other ideas?

The only possible way would involve removing the motor in the position it is in so you can rule that out.

You are going to have to get creative in getting those bolts out.

Question? Does the seat power up/down and tilt now? 99% chance same motor does all that. PWR recline is or would be only other.

If so I'd say it's jammed there. What to do depends again if so. I've found towels to clear windshield before defoggers could finish, plain bent something.

Other many you can just take the motor out but seat probable would freely move so a fix right away. The next other is the button to request that direction is messed up?
