2020 Subaru Outback Lost Communication with Immobilizer

We have a 2020 outback that we had to remove dash, and put in a new dash reinforcement bar. After re assembly all lights come on, but car wont start. Fuses were checked, Scan shows lost communication to immobilizer. Technician has checked the connections several times. Battery was disconnected at terminal for removal and installation process.
Code returned from astech is B1572
Anybody have a direction to go from here?

The most likely cause is a ground wire left off somewhere. Check for a ground not attached.
