I HAVE A 92 S10 WITH A 2.8L IN IT. I AM HAVING SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH IT AND WANT TO GO TO 305.HOW MUCH TROUBLE IS IT TO PUT A 305 IN IT?

Try doing “S10 engine conversion” google search; when I did there were quite a few hits and tons of info.

Dan - Jordan,

Just hit this site (below) as Dan suggested with renewed faith that Chev does in fact rock with this stuff. Noted: This mentioned changing springs and shocks for the added weight?? Don't these still use the adjustable torsion bar?? Never adjusted one on a GM but did all the time on the old Dodge Darts and that vintage of Mopars.

Thanks that helped alot and i did the google search and they have a place that sells motor mounts for small blocks going onto a s10 chassis
