89 chevy suburban

My suburbans front end shakes side to side really bad when applying brakes at speeds over 45mph. It doesn't seem to be the ball joints is there anything that I'm missing. What else could cause this bad shake to occur.

Check your brakes. Your rotors may be worped or your calipar arent closing properly.
