92 olds 88 brakes locked up

i replaced the front calipers & hoses on a 92 olds 88 that had sat for some time and now the fronts have locked up w\ the abs light lit on the dash? when i bleed the fronts i can move free until the first time i apply the brakes that it locked-up any help would be helpful thanks

The default for ABS should be just plain off and regular braking action. Sorry to ask questios but need to, Did you replace the Master Cylinder? Ok if you didn't but I did run into one that didn't allow brake fluid return on a 92 Cadillac which should be about the same. Another thought is to try to retract a caliper piston a bit -- don't overflow the MC of course -- but it should even bottom out and if not I would be confused too with new calipers and hoses as those would be the most likely causes?? T
