94 Camaro brake problem.

I got into my car and noticed that when i press the brakes, the pedal goes straight to the floor before even starting to stop the car. I took off the left rear wheel to look for any leaks in the brake line, and found that close to where the line connects, when the brakes are applied, fluid shoots out like a squirt gun. Is replacing a brake line a relatively simple repair, or should i be taking it to a shop. Thanks -jim

The brake line should be fairly easily replaced. It should connect to a junction block over the rear end. All you need to do is to replace the short piece of line. Be sure you bleed the system completly after repair. Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds
